Job Description Summary
The Bugaj Lab engineers molecular probes to control and study mammalian cells. The Research Specialist will plan and conduct experiments in molecular cloning, mammalian cell culture, live cell imaging, and data analysis to meet research project objectives, with close supervision. Manage laboratory tools, documentation and processes to ensure regulatory compliance and timely completion of project/program deliverables; support operations in the lab, as needed.

• Drive the research project (collect, analyze and interpret data, meet regularly with supervisor and PI, and present data at group meetings)
  
• Help in the general running of the lab, including ordering, receiving items, and maintaining lab organization
  
• Perform related duties, as assigned
  

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
