Description
The Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Medicine at Stony Brook Medicine is recruiting a full-time faculty member at the level of Clinical Instructor to join a busy academic practice with an established history of excellence. Practice sites include offices in Lake Grove, Bohemia, and Commack. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive women's healthcare to patients within the practice.


Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Current license and registration to practice as a NYS licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Board certified as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant.

Preferred Qualifications:
Two years post-licensure experience as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. Proficient in Electronic Medical Records application. Excellent communication skills.
