An accomplished scientist and organization development leader with more than 30 years of professional experience, Jocelyn specializes in designing and delivering cutting-edge business-focused training on a variety of topics including leadership, communication, interviewing and mentoring.
Jocelyn partners with clients at all career levels and in a wide range of sectors such as healthcare, engineering, consulting, consumer products, financial services, and academia.
Before becoming an independent consultant, Jocelyn held management positions with the global Research & Development and Human Resources organizations at The Procter & Gamble Company, The Gillette Company, and Draeger Medical Systems, Inc.
Currently Owner and Senior Consultant for ProCapability Training & Consulting, Jocelyn has served as an Executive Communications and Writing Coach for Springboards Consulting, an adjunct faculty member at Emmanuel College, Boston, in their Biopharmaceutical Leadership Graduate Certificate Program, and as a scientific writer for Takeda Pharmaceuticals.
